Brian D. Murphy, CPA, CGMA: Brian is a licensed Certified Public Accountant as well as a Chartered Global Management Accountant with more than 30 years of experience in finance, accounting and tax in both the public and private sector. For the last five years, Brian was the Chief Financial Officer of the Lobster Trap Co., Inc., a $100MM privately held seafood distribution company. Prior to that, he held the position of Director of Finance for Advance Auto Parts, a fortune 500 publicly traded company. Over the course of his career, he has worked in various industries and has held the titles of Controller, Director of FP&A, Director of Corporate Development and Director of Strategic Planning. Brian received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Bentley University and spent over five years in public accounting where he earned his CPA license which he still maintains today.
